It is not difficult to recognize the first phone cards of this nation of Eastern Europe … the “First Issue” logo is clearly visible in Hungarian on the front of the cards, and in English on the back. Two values were issued, both with Gemplus chips: 50 units with the image of a windsurf on Lake Balaton (circulation 250,800), and the 120 unit, depicting a Ferry-Boat on the same lake (circulation 88.400). Of each of these two cards there are some variations, interesting for the specialists, due to the surface of the card, matt or glossy, and to the position and presence of the Moreno logo.
